Private Elements

The law enforcement, firefighter, military, and teacher discounts do not apply to Private Elements.

Private Elements is usually completed within a 3 week period. Your private elements agreement includes: one on one coaching of the curriculum, access to the gym’s classes for the month your Private began, and an additional Unlimited membership included for the following month.

Please note that there is a $50 fee for less than 24-hours’ notice when cancelling a Private Elements session.

SKILLS TEST-IN: DEMONSTRATE THE FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS

Are you an experienced functional fitness athlete that’s either new to the area or looking to get back into the swing of things?  We offer a skills test-in, where experienced athletes have the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to perform some foundational movements in order to bypass Elements.

Upon successful completion of a skills test-in, you are welcome to sign up for any of our membership options.  In the event that the skills test-in is unsuccessful, we ask that you sign up for our Elements program to ensure optimal safety and performance before becoming a member.

Test-In:  NO CHARGE

MEMBERSHIPS: JOIN OUR COMMUNITY

In order to sign up for a membership, you must have first completed our Elements program, or a skills test-in.

All membership options offer a 10% discount for active sworn law enforcement officers, firefighters, active military, and full-time teachers. This discount option is identified with “L/M/F/T” when signing up online.

All membership options offer a 10% discount for married couples. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Please email us here if you would like to apply this.

Memberships recur at the beginning of your 30 day billing cycle.  But they can always be paused, changed, or dropped provided that you let us know before your next cycle.

Unlimited: $225 per month

  • Unlimited group classes and Open Gym

DROP IN INFORMATION

In town for a visit and looking for a place to workout?  Drop-ins are welcome. Please email us ahead of time before attending.

The charge to drop into our classes is $25, or $35 with a t-shirt.
