As an attorney, I spend most of my working hours at a desk in front of the computer, like so many others do. When I discovered CrossFit in 2012, I was immediately hooked and, over the course of the months that followed, I realized that CrossFit was a way not only to increase my overall fitness, but also to develop and improve my daily motor patterns. I appreciate that CrossFit produces measurable physical results while presenting a different set of mental challenges than what our normal workday provides. I’ve enjoyed seeing what my body is capable of doing through CrossFit, and look forward to continuing to share this knowledge and experience with others, and in particular, with those who may not come with a background in athletics. I hold certificates as a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer, USA Weightlifting Level 2, as well as a CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer.
