I started CrossFit in 2014 while training for a military pipeline and I’ve been in love with it ever since. Initially, I just wanted to improve my strength and conditioning, but it ended up giving me more than that. CrossFit became passion and gave me another community I could gravitate towards. I took that excitement, received my CrossFit Level 1 Certification and combined it all to further my fitness while working and coaching in the Special Operations Community for many years. I’ve always been an advocate for constant improvement and Adaptation Athletics facilitates that environment. CrossFit has shown me that no matter how strong, fast, agile or flexible you are, there is always something you can be better at. If you come into this gym for an hour a day, I guarantee you will see what I saw many years ago and strive to better yourself every day.
