I was first introduced to CrossFit in 2010 while stationed at the Pentagon. A long time swimmer and runner, CrossFit was a break from the normal routine and helped me develop strength I had never knew I had. In 2012, I completed Elements at Crossfit Adaptation and was hooked on the energy of the community. In January 2015, I started coaching at CrossFit Adaptation. I also coached at CrossFit Arifjan during my recent deployment. I love working with new clients and watching them develop strength and confidence they never thought possible. I also enjoy volunteering with our partner organization, the Athletes Without Limits – DC Rowing Team. I am CrossFit Level 1 certified coach and a paratrooper in the US Army Reserves.
